My name is Samira Herber and I’m a Game Designer with five years of experience making games and immersive installations. I specialize in both digital and analog RPG design but have also worked on games as a video game producer, narrative designer, and level designer. I love working with diverse and cross-functional teams, and jumping in to solve problems wherever I’m needed.

I recently published QUANTUM TIES, the RPG I designed for my MFA thesis at the NYU Game Center. I have also published my work as part of the games collection “Games for a Rainy Day” by TXTbooks.

I enjoy playing games with exploration and role-playing, experimenting with narrative engines such as Ink and Inform 7, and teaching myself Unreal 5.
